At Sawary, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
This Return & Exchange Policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection standards for online retail purchases.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
- Have all original tags attached;
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage;
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Sawary reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at Sawary’s discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items;
- Gift cards;
- Personalized or customized products;
- Intimate apparel or accessories where hygiene restrictions apply;
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Photos of the item if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our customer support team will review requests within approximately 2–5 business days.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the return is due to an error by Sawary (including defective or incorrect items), Sawary will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Customer Preference Returns
For returns related to sizing, fit, style preference, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
