This Return & Exchange Policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection standards for online retail purchases.

 

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
  • Have all original tags attached;
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage;
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Sawary reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

2. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at Sawary’s discretion.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items;
  • Gift cards;
  • Personalized or customized products;
  • Intimate apparel or accessories where hygiene restrictions apply;
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Photos of the item if damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our customer support team will review requests within approximately 2–5 business days.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the return is due to an error by Sawary (including defective or incorrect items), Sawary will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Customer Preference Returns

For returns related to sizing, fit, style preference, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for credit card refunds;
  • Additional processing time depending on the financial institution.

Sawary is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must notify Sawary within 7 calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit eligibility for resolution.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Sawary reserves the right to investigate claims related to unauthorized transactions, fraudulent activity, or abusive return behavior.

Returns or refunds may be denied in cases involving suspected fraud, excessive return patterns, or policy abuse.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sawary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the carrier directly or file a claim when applicable.

However, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist with investigations.

10. State Law Rights

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws.

Certain U.S. states may provide additional rights regarding returns, refunds, or cancellations.
